Putting aside the grilles, the car looks expensive and it's going to be, with an X4M C in the UK at 80k sterling I think the M4 C will start at around 77k and be 85k specced that's a hell of a lot of money, I think it'll be a rarer sight on the roads than the e46/e92/F82 regardless of the grilles.
If we Brexit without a deal and 10% tariffs apply then I doubt you'll see more than a handful on UK roads.
