When receiving mine, not only was the doctor in the room, which you would expect, but a fairly beefy assistant. I wasn't nervous but had to ask why the gorilla (knowing the answer but had to ask). The doctor, very professionally suggested that about 75% of the men 'freak out' and may need additional restraint.
