So, the law says you are to have a front plate on the vehicle. I run my g80 without one, and I’m a cop. 😬 here’s the deal. Most officers will not stop you for not having a front plate unless they are looking for something else… example, it’s 2am and they are looking for drunks, gives them a legal reason to stop you and investigate that aspect. If you are sober you’ll most likely get a warning and on to the next. If you are drunk, we’ll, you shouldn’t be driving, will be arrested, and will get a citation for the no front plate as justification for the stop. Of that makes sense. At the end of the day, don’t drive drunk lol. Hope this makes sense.
