I've seen my "Vehicle Inquiry" details submitted to BMW. Your dealership needs to add these codes to get ventilated seats with ZUP:
453 Ventilated Seats
712 M Sport Seats
They can do it, it is an option in the order sheets but I haven't seen screenshots of the build system. Don't take no for an answer, because it is the wrong answer.
