How exactly does a boat assignment work? Do they just put it on a random ship that's currently in port going towards my dest. or do they already have a vessel that's on the way back from the US pre assigned. |
Not sure frame the sound of it they need to fill a boat up for nyc. Guess until that happens they hold it
