Bro I read the first couple sentence and saw the word agent and got shivers down my spine.
When I was tracking my G80 during the ordering process, I dreaded calling BMW Genius. I would be at work yelling into my phone “AGENT, AGENT, AYYYY-GENTTTT”
Thank God I finally got my car and don’t have to call that number again…..for now 😏
