Android Car Key has yet to be released publicly. That plus a Pixel 6 Pro with UltraWideBand radio should be able to used as a Digital Key. Otherwise its NFC for other phones.
It was announced back in May for Google I/O showing it working specifically with a BMW. It should be any day now.
