All I'm saying is give it a fair shot. I was with you 100% and preferred the analog dash, but as the years have gone on (as I work at a BMW dealer) the dashes have gotten so good that they're better in every way.

My first impressions with digital dashes have not been good (with the exception of the g30 5 series which I consider more of a hybrid since in includes some elements of both). I sat in a Lamborghini recently and despite all of the race element it had, the digital dash left me feeling disconnected with the engine and pulse of the car. And they just look so flat. This M design doesnt make me anxious to upgrade to the G80 the way I wished to upgrade to the F80 a few years ago
