tom @ eas you guys have installed a few of these sets now... any complaints about this sort of noise or what the root cause could be, in case of improper install?
Only had 1 return, and it was for an unrelated issue (brake shield was making contact with rotor).

Likely install related. Shop needs to make sure all bolts are torqued properly and rubber spring insulator isn't torn. Usually we'll add a light layer of grease before seating the spring so this doesn't happen. If the boot is already torn, it will need replacement.
