I sent them the same email, everyday with those attachments for two weeks - then the M4 received an over the air update and most everything worked.
How do I find the warranty validation form? What does it look like? 🤪

On the phone with BMW assist in the states for almost 2 hours with no progress at all. Tried sending the documents per your instructions but not sure what the warranty paperwork looks like. Don't recall getting that from Euler, esp with a US address.
