FWIW here is the video I was taking my data points from. I feel we can agree Joe Achilles is on the enthusiast end of the spectrum and he didn't have any gripes about the weight and a great impression of the LOWER POWERED car.
He owns a M2C, stated it handles great and is faster in a straight line than his car.
