Base price is $3109, adding the tips will increase the price. They have 5 different types of tips.
Not sure I understand your question, are you asking if it's loud inside the car?

You won't find the full exhaust in NA. By law Remus is not shipping the cat delete pipes to the US. I've asked every distributor and called Remus directly. They used to sell them in the US 2 years ago but not anymore.
You can ask your muffler shop to fabricate you some if they are not too strict. Most here in Texas won't touch the secondary cats. I ended up buying stock cats from a forum member here and I plan to gut them out so I can turn them into straight pipes. I'll be posting a video with and without the cats once I get my exhaust.
