The genius line constantly gave me random information. They’re behind on updates. My car had a work order placed on the 8th and they had told me that it doesn’t mean my car will be fixed because there are no parts available. Kept calling and then finally on the 15th I got someone that told me my car was fixed and is schedule to be at the dealership on the 17th. Checked this morning and my car is already at the dealer and ready to be transported. Keep your hopes up and keep calling. |
I didn't wanna give you too much hope but I knew yours would be fixed soon based on what I was getting from Genius and my SA. I picked mine up today.
