I don't think this kinda "minor " accidents will show up on car fax. it's always good to keep a picture in case.
Most of dealers usually don't care about these accidents if they are properly repaired and you want to trade in.
Button line: don't worry about it, fix it and enjoy the car, in couple of years all you can get will be hideous looking electric cars!
