That was me....im sorry for not updating that post with the outcome....(i work from home and take care of a crazy 2 yr old)...soo im sure dealers would have no problem swapping calipers. My dealership just seemed incompetent or lazy bc they gave me this weird run around about how they didnt want to "disturb" the "delicate" brake system bc it was an M car. I knew i didnt want to have some outside vendor powdercoat them so i just stuck with the blue calipers....they compensated me for the error and i just "took it" i guess....the ocd in me just wasnt comfortable un bolting anything but the wheels outside its factory torque spec (unless you absolutely needed to)....especially from that dealership.
