When states can issue speeding citations and claim the citation is a "non-moving" violation (like a parking ticket), pretty much all hope is lost. Complete and utter Orwellian 1984 nonsense. Along with an utter lack of understanding of Physics, YET we are supposed to "BELIEVE THE SCIENCE" of globalwarmingclimatechange or be declared a climate heretic.
