Hard to say, if they are a reputable detailer, I see no reason why they would lie about that.
I say contact your dealer and mention you spotted some damage upon closer inspection and see what they can do.
I would guess any glass panels are covered in some protective tape during transport, so it is possible that when your car arrived at the dealer and when it was being prepped, someone scratched the glass whilst taking off the tape?
