Anyone have trouble with the My BMW app? (Solution added)

When I try and log into the My BMW app on my Samsung Galaxy S21+ I get a "bad token" error and then it won't log in. This seems to be a known issue based on all the 1 star reviews on the Google Play Store. I have another phone that I use at work that it works fine on. Has anyone else had problems with the Android app and do you have a solution for it? I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail.

The option for taking the 3d look around view/pic of the car is pretty fancy though! Too bad you can't do it as a live feed though. I think it took almost 2min to take and put the pics together for me to view.

EDIT: after some searching I found a solution for anyone else having the problem. It may be your Chrome browser that it doesn't play nice with. Check out this post.
