If you close the wheel gap, it’ll lower the front end clearance as well. Put your new wheels on and then lower enough for a “sporty” look instead of stanceboy and you’ll not only have better clearance, but also better handing and proper suspension travel since you’re not totally killing that stroke length to tuck your tires into your fenders. I honestly find 1.5 to almost two fingers fender to tire looks acceptable and doesn’t kill ride height. That said, use your wife’s fingers if you’re a hamfisted gorilla, because those measurements won’t be correct then. Lol
