My car (X3M Competition) was initially on the list, but I texted my dealer and he said it no longer shows any active campaigns against my VIN.
So BMW is effectively tracing and culling the affected vehicles.
This is why we cannot freak out and react to incomplete and/or unverified information. Speculation spins way out of control.
