Looking at BMW blogs numbers there is hardly any difference in the power/weight ratio:
F80 DCT Comp = 450hp/1635kg = 275hp/tonne
G80 DCT Comp = 510hp/1805kg = 282hp/tonne

I pulled from their website and their official releases. Perhaps the torque bump is more material but we all know these numbers are underrated anyways, as the S58 has dynod 650whp with just flash + ethanol.
