Have it, use it often, would recommend it (depending on your personal use case) simply for adaptive cruise control.

ACC reduces driving effort and fatigue significantly on long motorway drives, which I do only occasionally (we live 40 miles from nearest limited-access highway). More useful to me is activating assisted driving on my way home on summer afternoons or weekends, when the 2-lane road is clogged with tourists. There's no getting around the fudgie going 37 mph in a 55-mph zone, so I just let the car ebb and flow for itself while I enjoy the scenery and my music.
