I just went through something similar on my bumper. Unfortunately, that first pic looks like it went through the paint. You can touch it up but that never is good enough for me. Probably going to require sanding the surrounding area, spraying around the scratch, wet sanding the panel and clear coating. That's to get it back to new looking which is what I would do.

My local shop, which does great work, charged me $800 to remove and repaint the bumper. As a bonus he sprayed my front reflectors too. Most good shops can do incredible paint matching.

Edit: The last one looks pretty rough too and I'm guessing will require a repaint.
