Yeah, I got that. I had never even heard of this early monitoring system. I wonder how it works. For a long time BMWs have had the little sensor in the pad cut-out that triggers when the pads need replacing, but the replacement interval estimate is new on me. I wonder how accurate it could possibly be. Is this a new F30 feature or was it on the E90 too?
