As I related it to metric where each additional unit of measurement was equal and consistent thus making logical progression and sense. Fahrenheit works the same and is very easy to see the difference between freezing and say, the temperature of the normal human body (98.6) versus Celsius for those who don’t have a lifetime implementing its use can see it as non linear and strange. I was truly trying to understand, as I grew up with Celsius and it's very linear and logical to me, whilst Fahrenheit seems a lot less logical and more arbitrary.
Just what you're used to I guess.
