In my experience, installing lowering springs does not involve any settling if all the bushings are properly clocked to the new ride height position. Long term suspension sag can be an issue if springs wear out, but new springs should not settle.

We indeed did. We premarked all bolts and returned them to original settings. But in my opinion and with all my cars, the is always minor settling from raw height once you drive the car after removing the lift.
