Did you undo all the suspension and roll bar bushings and re-tighten them at the desired ride height? If not, the settling you’re referring to is very likely the bushings deforming.
In my experience, installing lowering springs does not involve any settling if all the bushings are properly clocked to the new ride height position. Long term suspension sag can be an issue if springs wear out, but new springs should not settle.
