Can't you just track when the custom car you ordered is being unloaded from the truck and tell them not to remove any stickers or do any delivery checklist?
Just go when it's unloaded and tell them not to wash or do anything to it. That's my plan. |
Dealership needs to prep the car, there is a check-list that has to occur. I know for a fact that the PCD will not deliver a car with the shipping wrap still on.

You can't have them not wash the car and leave the stickers on? I thought you could do that? I don't imagine them flooring it driving it around with a bunch of stickers still there. |
Some dealerships may leave the shipping wrap on if requested, but the PC is no go. The risk the customer takes is if there is a paint flaw that the shipping wrap covers up-- that's why the Performance Center will always remove and repair prior to delivery.
