It's the manufacturer's responsibility to prove that whatever part you've altered affected whatever you're trying to claim under the factory warranty. I'm not sure what kind of damage a faulty aftermarket taillight could cause, but someone will undoubtedly chime in on that.
Short answer: unlikely - but there's a risk with any aftermarket part.
