With the gains show, I could almost certainly say that there are cats on these. 200 CEL seems to be the standard, when going with an aftermarket catted solution.
Also, in my opinion, I doubt any tuners are going to start going catless until the DME is cracked, or they have another solution to permanently remove the CEL light, and not lose low end torque.
