Before i move in, I need to do some work which will require professional/license company to perform abandonment of oil tank that is underground, and new install above ground.
i been researching for companies that have more then 1 locations, and reviews.
just cut your loss, and move on. he probably wont have funds to pay anyone back.
it sucks though.
