Ask for Nick Higa. He is the M guy there. He handled my 1200 mile service and was set to replace one of the Laserlights before I dumped the car.
Funny though, on my break-in service I stated "no wash". He said they never wash the M cars. Mine came back washed anyways and had water spots everywhere. He offered to detail the entire car at my convenience. Never got to that either, I doubt he will give me a free detail on my Blackwing...
