It does seem that some of the sales advisors can sell at msrp and others cannot. My sales guy at Schomp was Tim.
The sales guy I bought my M3 through in Chicago was the only one at the dealer authorized to sell at msrp. Same with the guy I dealt with in Jersey. At least that is according to the auto broker. Maybe I lucked out in who I talked to at Schomp.
