Not really true (the CS is not only 40 horses more and 0.2 bar more boost pressure, there are many other mods as well like carbon bonnet, different shock absorbers, different springs, different stabilizers, different engine and gearbox mounts, different muffler (titanium), improved cooling capabilities through modified airflow through front fascia, modified gearbox software, etc etc etc) but I understand why people are upset with markups.
In Germany, the price difference between a equally equipped M3 Comp and a M3 CS is basically around 20k EUR "only".
I think that 20k are justified for the mods, also a CS holds it's value better than an ordinary M3, at least over here in Germany.
