I’d stick with BMW.
With the free maintenance it sounds like an exceptional deal.
Keep in mind too you are in a CARB state so you’ll get a 15Y/150K mile warranty on the power train from BMW. So you are really paying for the maintenance or "other" failures like iDrive or something.
