Yeah, I have heard a fair amount of that out here as well in the different threads. Cars were just sitting with no parts available to complete them. Once the parts came in the cars have been clearing pretty quickly. Based on how mine moved through I am guessing they are handling them as they arrive right now in Oxnard. Hopefully some chips get to Baltimore soon and yours gets moving again.
