unfortunately a lot of people don't know that if you dont get a production number you don't have an allocation so again unfortunately a lot of sales rep can feed buyers false info to keep them on the hook for a long time. But correct without a production number/allocation you are just someone waiting with no guarantee of a car. You are at the mercy of the allocation and the dealer who issues that specific allocation.
