In the very, very rare instance that a mod caused damage to another car component, you should not take the car to the dealership and ask them to fix it. The chances of this scenario are very close to zero, I would not worry about it.

Good points. It's the "cat and mouse" issue that I am concerned about, however if these types of. What prompted my concern was the post I attached, which was posted in a review of the ManHart module. In that post, the author states "My advice is to deactivate the clean error option on JB4 in any case". Is there a consensus on this? Would this eliminate the possibility of leaving any digital footprint? Just curious.
