Did they have to do an alignment to correct the wheel after you installed it? I hate it when the dealer messes with the alignment, they always get the steering center off. My last car they had a "complimentary" alignment check. I left the dealer, and the steering wheel top center was about 5 degrees off. They definitely messed with something. They had to put it back on the rack, and it still wasn't perfect when I got it back.
I changed the wheel in my C7, but that wheel actually has a centering pin for the splines, so the wheel only goes on one way.

Same with this wheel, it can only go on one way so it's always perfectly straight. The heating function is no longer active if you have this wheel though
