The F series convertibles sold in the northeast are all mostly AWD.

I followed a 430i xdrive convertible Saturday. Guy lives in my NH, and I just thought: Damn that thing must weigh a lot.
AWD only adds about 100 lbs which is 2.5% on these cars current weights. That won't be noticed while driving.

The convertible part is what adds the weight so if you are already making the compromise might as well go full AWD version.
