Frozen and lifetime are two words that shouldn't be used together. There are definitely advantages to going Frozen, especially if you're leasing. But if you're buying, XPEL Stealth is 100% the way to go. The differences aren't worth the risks.

One deep scratch or even a small fender bender...then what? You can't buff it out. You can't send the thing back to the BMW factory. At your favorite local body shop color matching factory frozen is going to be practically impossible. You'll probably have to repaint the entire car just to be happy with the end results. And the costs are not going to be pretty. And imagine what that does to depreciation and resale.
