I've daily driven MR2 Turbo, Mustang GT, M2 in Canadian winters. That said, given the choice, I would take an AWD M3/M4 as there are days/weeks where RWD even with winter tires isn't ideal, and you have to pick your spots.
If I lived in an area where the winters were milder with only occasional snow, I would probably opt for RWD. So, because the best answer varies depending on where you live, I'm conflicted on how to answer the poll.
