Well... it helps. But the second picture does not appear to be your house, either it's a darn good rendering of how it will look, or it's some other house with an addition similar to how yours will eventually be.
It's not just California, but an American thing to have large garages for those of us in the suburbs or in rural areas. Especially compared to Europe, where it seems that more people live in actual, old, congested cities built long before anyone thought of sailing west for a few months. |
