You would literally be better off buying a separate set of coilovers to just swap out. To go through compressing the springs, and reinstalling them, would be a pain in the ass. Shops charge a few hundred dollars to install springs. If you had coilovers, you could just adjust the ride height, everytime you changed the wheels. 10,000 times easier.
