Very plausible, and the guy with hands on head is the other car driver. The other two in the photo next to the CSL look more like journalists or BMW UK field personnel types. Despite everyone thinking the driver ran out of talent in the moist, or something spicey with the car's dynamics, I think we'll learn it was just a boring and unfortunate traffic accident.
I concur with you both.

I don't even think it was a reviewer in the car because I see no cameras anywhere. If the roundabout theory holds, then it's actually a case of the CSL being driven too slow rather than too fast
