I agree. I had been using BMW products. But now recently I started using Dr. Beasleys. I have to say Dr. Beasleys is equally good if not better. When I first got frozen gray, I sprayed the BMW matte cleaner directly on the paint. It left a couple of lines on the paint visible at certain angles. The point I want to make is that anything you want to put on the frozen paint, spray it onto the microfiber first and not directly on the paint!!
