That post is kinda clickbait/misleading, as the CS does have some very obvious hardware changes, but as for the engine specifically - there are no hardware differences between any of the various trim levels (base, competition, cs, or csl). The only thing that is different is the boost targets, something around 19psi for base, 24psi for competition, and 30psi for the cs/csl IIRC
