Oh for sure, that would look amazing! I'm in the east valley, right around the ASU Polytechnic campus. Im still on a waitlist at North Scottsdale playing the all too familiar allocation waiting game. I'm hoping if I obsess enough, I'll get one sooner… hasn't worked out that way so far, but maybe someday
