Feels strange flying the flag for Audi when we specialise in BMW parts...

Being there on the day, the M4 is in another league dynamically. I can say that as the chap that owns the RS 5.

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with the drag race as the M4 does feel an extra 60-80bhp more powerful. By the end of the day and the final race, the M4 was putting its power down and still didn't catch.
The AWD M4 will change this, no doubt.

On the track, I don't feel it was a fair comparison. Our RS 5 is a 40k mile car that we've just picked up from a dealer - needs a proper service (pads, brake fluid) and new tyres (we do have some shocking tyres on the RS at the moment, awaiting the arrival of some new shoes). The M4 had just passed its 1,500 run in, so was in prime condition. Thats not to say the RS will beat the M4, but I do think it would have held its own a bit more.

Either way, the new G80 chassis is an incredible bit of kit. I'm personally am not a massive fan of the front end, but luckily I'm in the business of improving styling. The performance is next level.
