Limited run. Without an executive wagon being sold here to essentially homologate an M variant, it would be a special model, probably no more than 80-100 units. The financial drive there would likely put it in the $100k range.
It's only direct competition here in the US would be the quirky Volvo V60 Polestar which is a wonky turbo-4 with a supercharger and a plug-in hybrid unit. The G81 would blow it out of the water in terms of performance. It would essentially stand alone in that market. The F97/98 is pumped out of factories, and has plenty of competitors, as awesome as it is.
As mentioned above, it would not compete with the Panny ST, AMG wagon, RS6 Avant. Different class and price point.
